Shipping & Refunds and Returns Policies

SHIPPING offers free shipping on orders over $75.00 in the continental United States.  Shipping on orders under $75.00 ranges from $3.99 to $5.99 depending upon the size of the order. Most orders received by 8 am PT (M-F) ship same day. Most orders received after 8 am PT ship the next business day and orders placed over the weekend ship on Monday. Holidays are excluded. Orders may be shipped by Fedex, UPS, USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail or Parcel Select. Orders should be delivered from one day to a week after shipping depending upon the location and shipping method. Many orders are delivered in 2 to 3 business days, but we cannot guarantee it.

If an item is defective or broken or we shipped you an incorrect item, we will replace it or offer you a refund to the original form of payment. If we need the item back, we will pay for the return shipping. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE WITHOUT OBTAINING AN RA NUMBER FROM US FIRST. WE DO NOT REFUND RETURN SHIPPING UNLESS AUTHORIZED IN ADVANCE. Please email us at if you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item.


If you would like to return an item, we refund the product cost (excluding shipping) for any unused and unopened items returned in new condition with the original packaging within 30 days of the date you received your order. We refund to the form of payment originally used to make the purchase. We do not pay for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. It is not necessary to contact us prior to returning an item. processes refunds within three business days after a product is received back. Please make sure to pack the items well so they do not break in transit. We are not responsible for items broken in return transit and will only issue refunds for items that arrive to us in new condition. Please also keep in mind that broken items may also ruin items that are not broken by spilling wax or broken glass on them. We only accept returns for purchases made from, so we will need the order number or the purchaser's name to verify products were purchased from us and to refund the appropriate payment method. Please enclose this information in the box. We do not make "exchanges." If you would like to return an item and receive a different item, you may return the item and place a new order for the item you would like to purchase.
